New version of the Lib that DefCoN Issue #2 
is based upon. Corrected some bugs, exemples
added and compiling now works better.
Quites stable, run under dos, win95-98 and
dosemu(linux). Including FULL sources.
If you correct  bugs (there is always some)
please send  me a copy and do not distribute 
modified version, I'll do with your name in
the credits of course.
